The Employment Connection (TEC) is the employment
services division of Bi-County Services. TEC works with persons who are ready (through
evaluation and personal choice) for community employment to assist them in finding a job.
Further supports include job coaching and training necessary to perform independently.
Ongoing contact with the person is maintained pertinent to individual needs and employer
requirements for a successful job match.
